-Red Driller’s Army/Puggie: The posts on this site are filled with bull about 7ham7 hacking and about adding some software to “prevent the site from being hacked.” The site is hosted on WordPress’s own servers which means that there can be no software put on the site to prevent hacking. Puggie himself has been accused of doxing multiple people and I think hes had enough chances.
Punishment: Puggie is banned from CP armies for 6 months and the Red Driller Army itself is shut down.

-123Nico26: Outright admitted to doxing foxtails along with participating in the brotherhood and other various activities that violate the Anti-Hacking Bill. Also has been found guilty of violating the bill before.
Punishment:  8 Month Ban From All CP Armies

-The Brotherhood (Synt4xgh0st, Java aka Blake,  Ohyea, Po!son, etc..): The Brotherhood has decided to put their name on the doxes that they committed and thus, they are all responsible. They have threatened to hack, they have doxed innocents, they have tried to terrorize the soldiers. Due to this, they will receive the following punishment:
Punishment: All members who are not already banned forever will receive a 3-month banishment from CP armies.

Just for safety remember the following: Do not click weird links in your email. If you don’t know who sent the email, don’t open it. If the link makes you log into something, don’t (ex: wordpress). Instead, go to wordpress.com in another tab yourself. Make SURE you are actually on wordpress.com or gmail.com or etc.. when you enter your user and pass. Check the spelling, capitalization, even the .com just to be safe.

Agreement? More details would be nice. Same to you btw, guess my videos will get more hits as well. The reason why they got so low of hits is because who cares about it? Anyone who I wanted to show saw it in the classroom when it was played.

We’d still need someone or something that tells us what situations would be okay to hack, not just a general “When people are being stupid” idea. We’d need some form of punishment or restriction for people who try to hack when the conditions are not met. IATW hacked everyone because, they could. While they called us “pengfags” they went after the bigger armies for fun. There was no real reason to do so. Nothing to fix, no score to settle.

I don’t run the ACP, I haven’t even touched it since half a year ago. If you mean that I control the power of CP armies through ACP and CPAC realize that at one time I might have, but now I really don’t. You offend me with you accusations. Have I said a careless insult at all throughout these entire things? Have I insulted you due to anger or cockiness? No and I’d appreciate that we get around the fact that you think every one of my responses will be so. As I said, come get to know me and then maybe you’ll be able to write about who I am.

I agree, Nachos are hilarious. But that doesn’t take away from the fact that they are horribly sexist towards any female presence. As for ACP chat, I’ve tried to help fix that. Ever hear of Unmod Weeks? I started them to get not only the mods in line but the owners as well. And it worked when it happened every month. Since new leadership, they’ve stopped doing it for reasons unknown.

My Anti-Hacking Bill has no physical restraint against true hackers (by the world’s definition). However it discourages scamming inside of chats, discourages deleting sites due to conflict between two armies, and it makes the members feel just a little safer. For people who care about being banned from their army, it helps to persuade them not to do anything stupid. I don’t understand your reference to chats and then the anti-hacking bill because it has nothing to do with behavior of owners and mods.

Groups have been discussing taking down CP armies for years. They’ll do it with or without the AHB. I am happy to hear any cases for appeal, I am happy to discuss any matters or changes about the bill with anyone. But the idea behind it is pure and overall the intention was more for the public than for the hacking groups.

As I said, I am no longer related to the ACP and its actions. I know there is this “we protect CP” mentality” or not only ACP but all armies but I’ve always attributed it to the game itself, just another reason to go to war.

I don’t claim to be the good guys nor do I claim to be the bad guys. I’m the only one who would make a bill like the AHB which is why I made it. Am I fit to represent it? I’m not sure. Who else would if not me? Whoever signed seems to think that myself and anyone who was picked to work on the bill was competent enough to run it. The bill itself was created by the suggestions of representatives from all the armies. It was voted upon, re-written, and then finalized. I even help open forums and discussions for anyone that cared to come so there should not be any complaints from the troops. They had their chance. I encouraged emails, I encouraged people to PC me when I was on.

I don’t care to be a Vigilante or Penguin Saver, I’d rather just help that innocent clueless kid not get screwed over just because he called a hacker/doxer an idiot and thus got doxed for it for really no reason. The whole system revolves around the participation of all armies. I am not a major part of it nor am I needed for the AHB to even do what it was created to do.

Now, I guess you’ve gotta set up a time to meet on your chat because whenever I’ve gone, no one has been there. Nice pictures and nice video. It was for a school project, I’d never make anything that bad if I didn’t have to. I hope you’ve realized by now that if I intended on hiding those videos they would have been hidden.

However if you’d still like to continue “acting like adults” lets stop the threats aka the release of information. It hasn’t changed anything so far, do you actually see it changing anything in the future?

From what I gather from your response, you are partially blaming me for the “abuse” of small children from ACP. The issue of you not knowing who I really am comes up again. I’ve been a supporter of the unmod weeks, the guy who brought the rules to ACP chat, the guy whose enforced them more than most and continues to update them every so often.

If what you say is actually happening then I agree, something must be done about it. I was obviously not aware, I’ve tried to prevent what I see but to put words in my mouth, that is simply uncalled for.

I will say its not true due to the fact that I’ve never seen it, never heard about it. However, no where have I said that its an outright lie. But I believe to focus squarely on ACP is unrealistic. Have you seen other chats? For example, the sexism that goes on in Nacho chat causes many females to enter to either become women of loose character or to leave. Have you seen the racism and sexism that is prevalent in other chats? Who are you to only look at ACP and point out its flaws when in reality every army has its flaws.

If you wanted to discuss this like adults you could have from the beginning. I’ve just replied to your comments. I haven’t used any wild accusations or insults yet you’ve put words in my mouth and decided to release what you can get on me. I’d say you’ve moved past the adult stage but I’m still willing to talk.

I really didn’t understand what you were talking about. I clearly know the difference between hacking and doxing and scamming. The name of the bill is since that is what people know it as, not because it is completely relevant. The world is full of stupid people. By your logic it should be legal to kill whoever you think is stupid because they’re just being stupid.

The idea behind “we are forced to hack because people are stupid” is a very immature way of thinking. You are not forced to dox people, you are not forced to scam people or delete sites. You do it of your own accord. You do it because you’re bored, because you take pride in it. While I don’t understand that, you have complete control over your decision.  You may choose to dox someone who calls you lame, a homosexual, or any other insults but guess what. Your over-reaction shows just how insecure you are. It shows just how much you have to do to try to convince people that you’re scary, that you’re not to mess with. Honestly, its really sad. Your reputation should be the last thing you think of. Who cares what everyone else thinks as long as you’re sure of yourself.

Also apparently you have no idea who I am which is unfortunate. I’m friends with Eyes521. While I may post about him, I still consider him a good friend. I don’t go around accusing people of hacking. I know eyes cannot hack, hes said it himself. I’ve never claimed him to have done so.

I believe in a fair trial between both parties. I’ll ask both people their story and ask for proof before I make an accusation. If you have a problem with me personally, come and talk to me yourself. Otherwise don’t accuse me, especially if you don’t know me.

Anyways, no idea what the reason for hacking armies (or specifically ACP) is but I think its silly. You’re going against a bunch of kids, most who are clueless and innocent, who only want to have fun. Why not focus your efforts on something meaning. Have you heard of the SOPA events going on? Try helping Anon out with that.

Basically, get yourself a more meaningful life.
